Reid IT Consultancy exists because small businesses deserve the same calibre of IT as big ones — without the big-company runaround and cost.
After 6+ years inside corporate IT, I've continued to hear the same story from friends running their own firms: technology that seems to have continued issues, support lines that never answered, and websites too old or badly reflectingthe business they represented.
Reid IT Consultancy was founded to be the opposite of that. One point of contact who knows your setup inside out. Honest recommendations with no commission-driven upselling. And the kind of response time you only get when your consultant actually cares whether your Monday morning starts smoothly.
